• BLUE BUTTON = UP ARROW
• GREY BUTTON = DOWN ARROW
• GREEN BUTTON = OK

Access the Special Menu:

• -press the CANCEL and POWER button at the same time
• -enter Special Key Combo –>press BLUE, GREEN, GREY button in sequence
• -Support Menu will display
• -keep pressing GREY button to highlight Reset's Menu
• -press GREEN button when Reset is highlighted
• -press GREY button then select Partial Reset printer will be reset and it should display list of languages
• -be sure to select English -choose the correct Region also
